Just wanted to tell you a little bit about a new project I’ve been working on recently. It’s my new podcast, and it’s called 5 Minutes to Change Your Life.
The focus is on effective, quick and easy ways to change your life for the better. Each episode lasts around 5 minutes and contains one thing you can do, write or think about to help move your life in a more positive direction.
5 Minutes to Change Your Life builds on my books Change Your Life in 5 Minutes a Day and How to Find Joy in 5 Minutes a Day, together with my 20+ years of experience as a life and career coach working with clients all around the world.
I’m currently recording 3 new episodes a week, with the aim that it’ll build to a library of 100 episodes. After that, who knows?
It’s quite scary putting something like this out there but it’s getting a good reaction so far and the audience is definitely building. I’ve been thinking about doing this for years but I was never quite sure how to approach it.
Five focused minutes feels like the right way to go. I really believe that you can make a big change in a small time, and that change can be easier than you might expect, as long as you keep your ears and mind open.
