Another book! Yes, it’s a two book year my friend, as How to Find Mindfulness in Five Minutes a Day has been released into the world.

And what a lovely little purple fella he is. Trust me, he looks even better in real life.
The format of the book is the same as my previous books. There are over 60 practical, science-backed ideas for things you can do easily to help yourself feel more in the moment.
The book is structured across a day, with a mix of things to do to bring mindfulness to your mornings, daytimes and evenings. Then the final chapter is all about the future and the small things we can do that will have a longer lasting impact.
Although what people tell me they often do with these books is use them like a lucky dip and open them at random to find daily inspiration.

The tips are interspersed with inspirational quotes which I had great fun choosing. More David Lynch in wellbeing books please.
