I told you it was on its way, and now here it is – my book Change Your Life in 5 Minutes a Day has finally been published and is off on its mission to change the world.
I only got my hands on a finished copy yesterday. What a lovely thing it has turned out to be!

Nobody told me that there would be wee goldie bits on the cover. Aren’t they tip top?

I like the golden magic on the back cover the best.

Most of this was written during the first lockdown last year, and things being as they were, I had more time to put into it than I’d anticipated. I really tried my best to use the time to make it original, useful and interesting, with fresh content that you won’t have seen in a billion books before.
Still, it’s been a while, and some of it I’d forgotten about; such as the fact that I got Dave Grohl in there. Go Dave!

What’s it all about Joanne?
The book contains 66 practical tips for things that are easy to do and will improve your life for the better. You don’t have to do them all; even one or two will make a difference, I promise.
It’s already had a mention in The Telegraph and should be popping up soon in The Mirror, Express and Waitrose magazine.
And as for the follow up – well, between me and you, I’ve already written it. That’s what second lockdowns are for. (Third lockdowns, as I’m finding out, are mostly for staring into the air and sighing). More news of that anon.
In the meantime I’m going to pace relentlessly round the house and attempt to make a cake with whatever we’ve got in the cupboard. This is what a book launch looks like, 2021 style.
