Just time for a quick post this week because I have two lots of new book news to share with you.
New book news the first
First bit of new book news is that my next book, Change Your Life in 5 Minutes a Day, is out on 14th January 2021. Feel free to pre-order if dreaming of 2021 puts you in a better mood.
Writing this was such a great rudder to hold on to during the lockdown and I’m very grateful that it came along at the right time. (Though it nearly didn’t, thanks to an over-enthusiastic spam folder. I will tell you that story another time).
I am really pleased with how the book has turned out. It contains over 60 practical tips that anybody can use to help get their life going in a new direction.
I know there are a lot of books like this around that will be seeking your attention, especially in January. All I can say is that I do think the content is really fresh and new. All the tips have been tried out in the real world, with real people, and they work.
Of course, not every tip will work for everybody, since there’s no such thing as a one size fits all solution, but with dozens of options, it’s very likely that the right tip is waiting for you in there.
New book news the second
But there’s more! The other bit of new book news is that I have agreed to write another book for the same publisher, publication date as yet unknown. The scary part is that they want it in 5 weeks. So if you see me on social media, bat me back to my writing cave.
I can’t say too much about the subject right now, other than it relates to finding your purpose in life, which in turn relates to the coaching work I have been doing with clients for the last 20 years.
Luckily it’s quite short, so the 5 week deadline is doable. From a writer’s perspective, short books tend to involve more thinking than writing, plus a willingness to avoid waffle and get to the point.
I predict two thirds head scratching to one third keyboard wrangling.
