And a Happy New Year to you too! Lots of stuff to tell you about this month, but first I wanted to let you know about this free online workshop I’m running on the 19th of January – 5 Minutes to Improve Your Mental Wellbeing.
I’ll be sharing tried and tested, easy techniques that will help improve mental health and take no more than five minutes to do. I’ve got lots of different stuff to share so hopefully there will be something that will work for you.

This event is hosted by Trafford Libraries as part of their #WinterFest event, but they have kindly said that anyone can attend, from anywhere in the world. Hurrah for libraries!
