how to find calm in five minutes a day

It’s here! My book about how to find calm has now been officially released into the world.

Dennis has got his copy! Fingers crossed it has the desired effect. Maybe I should have dedicated it to him. Next time, Dennis.

Join us for the London book launch

Coming up this week on the 19th of October, there’ll be a special event in London to celebrate the launch of Find Calm with myself and Rachel Lawrence, The Girl With the Pilates Mat from YouTube. It’s a free event, but you do need to book a ticket so we know how many snacks and drinks to order. Pick up your free ticket here.

Please do come along and raise a glass with us. We’d love to see you there.

The format of the book is the same as my last book about joy, in that there are over 60 ideas for things you can do easily to help yourself feel calmer.

The book is structured across a day, so there are a mix of things to do in the morning, daytime and evening.

Although what people tell me they often do with these books is use them like a lucky dip and open them at random to find a daily inspiration.

You can find the find calm book wherever you usually buy books – and sometimes even in places where you don’t! My Find Joy book is stocked by Boots here as part of their 3 for 2 Christmas gift offering, I’m really chuffed about that because they don’t carry many books at all.

How to Find Calm in Five Minutes a Day is out now in the UK, RRP £8.99, published by Vie. The US publication is coming soon too, on the 7th of November.
