It’s here! My latest book – How to De-Stress in Five Minutes a Day – has been released into the world.

Look at that beautiful aquamarine cover with the shiny foil bits. It’s even nicer in real life.

The format of the book is the same as my last book about calm, in that there are over 60 practical, science-backed ideas for things you can do easily to help yourself feel less stressed.

The tips are interspersed with inspirational quotes which I had great fun choosing.

The book is structured across a day, so there are a mix of things to do in the morning, daytime and evening.

Although what people tell me they often do with these books is use them like a lucky dip and open them at random to find a daily inspiration.

How to De-Stress in Five Minutes a Day is out now in the UK, RRP £8.99, published by Vie. The US publication is coming soon too, on the 3rd of February.
