Many of you were disappointed when Marks and Spencer announced that they weren’t doing an advent calendar for 2020. Well, to be fair, this year, who has the energy?

Now, to stop us weeping into our teeny weeny NARS blushers too much, M&S have come up with something new for the the festive beauty treat fan – the Marks and Spencer Beauty Edit Box. Costs £20, contents worth £122 and you can open it all at once.

What’s inside?

There are 10 products inside this M&S beauty box. You’ll find a mix of skincare, make up and hair products and a boring choice of black eyeliner. Seriously lads, you’re impressing no one with the black eyeliner. We’ve all got one already. Give us a nice zingy green or blue, or at least a grey to make it interesting.

There’s a random choice of two Prai Wrinkle Repair products, so that brings an element of surprise to the box for anyone missing the advent lucky dip vibe.

  • Ren Evercalm Ultra Comforting Rescue Mask (10ml)
  • Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Florale (10ml)
  • Living Proof Perfect hair Day 5-in-1 Styling Treatment (60ml)
  • Percy and Reed Define & Hold Finishing Cream (full size, 100ml)
  • Philip Kingsley Body Building Weightless Conditioner (60ml)
  • Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Stingray (black, full size 0.28g))
  • Eyeko Travel Size Lash Alert Mascara (4g)
  • This Works Deep Sleep Body Cocoon (Full size, 100ml)
  • Leighton Denny Renovate & Duplex (full size, 10ml)
  • Plus you’ll also receive either a 30ml Prai 24k Gold Wrinkle Repair Crème or a 15ml Prai 24K Gold Wrinkle Repair Serum

Although it’s not at all Christmassy, it’s a nice selection from a bunch of trusted brands that will see you right across the winter. And there’s no denying that it’s extremely good value at a time when the cost of everything else is going up.

How to get the Marks and Spencer Beauty Edit Box

The deal is very simple – spend £30 across clothing, home and beauty, (including Christmas) and you can then get the beauty box for £20. So food and wine purchases don’t count, but pretty much everything else does.
