I nearly forgot to do this post, which would’ve made me GAH! no end because I did do the exercise part of the challenge.
Today I did 13,000 steps (round the park and back, met a squirrel) plus my abs workout. Haven’t done any press ups yet so will get to that in a minute.
I was distracted tonight by a fantastic documentary on Netflix called Advanced Style. It’s about amazingly stylish New York women, all aged sixty, seventy, eighty and beyond.
It’s the sort of film that both puts a smile on your face and makes you want to wear red lipstick, which is physically challenging but worth the effort I’m sure. If you want something inspiring to watch, check it out.
Now, about those press ups…
