First of all, bear in mind that the skin on your neck is thinner and less resilient than other areas of the body. It needs handling with care and treating with love and gentleness (don’t we all?). As a minimum, extend your facial skincare to cover this area. Anything you put on your face, especially moisturisers and SPF, will also benefit your neck and the top of your chest.
Even if you don’t have any sign of lines or ageing around this area yet, prevention is always easier than cure. From about mid 30s onwards many people start to introduce a dedicated neck product but there’s really no rule. Do what feels right for you.
